Recruitment Agencies
Inductive requests that recruitment agencies do not submit CVs or make introductions to potential candidates on a speculative basis. Only recruitment agencies with a legal agreement between ourselves and them may submit CVs or make introductions to potential candidates.
Inductive will not recognise any CVs submitted or introductions of potential candidates that are unsolicited applications and no agency fees will apply in relation to such submissions. We will not accept liability for any agency fees if we subsequently employ or contract that candidate whether directly or through another agency.
Where an agency’s correspondence contains a disclaimer indicating otherwise, our policy will prevail in this regard.
